Steel material market analysis for the remaining time of 2021

in order to achieve this goal, this year, Government adjusted the steel material export rebate tax on April, canceled the export rebate tax 146 kinds steel material.

On July, again, cancelled the export rebate tax of 23 kinds steel material product.

The steel industry is the largest carbon emitter among the 31 manufacturing sectors. These policy fully showed the Government's determine of achieving the “Carbon neutralization and carbon peak ” 

Therefore, in the steel material industry, we are widely think 2021 winter production restriction policy will be really strictly,
 I checked lots of steel news this morning, it has 2 stage  15th, Nov-31st Dec, the task is lower the production quantity.  1st, Jan-15th, Mar,
the task is ensure that the emission of air pollutants meets the standards, and the off-peak ratio is not less than 30%.

On 8th, Sep, Central Environmental Protection Inspection Team already go to the Boxing where is the
production base of Chinese steel material, and their production already paused.
